Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Georgia.

Roles offer part-time scheduling with potential transition to full-time as caseloads grow, plus a path to BCBA certification through complimentary training and supervision. Applicants should be ready to learn ABA strategies, work 1:1 with children with autism, and travel locally if required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA or related fields is beneficial.
• Ability to engage with children and families professionally.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
