Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing trainings.
