Job summary

Innovation Learning Inc. is hiring a Resilience Coach for the 2026-2027 school year at school-based program sites in Parker, CO.

You will help create a safe, engaging environment where students build confidence, life skills, and resilience through mentorship, enrichment, recreation, and academic support. Responsibilities include building relationships, leading enrichment and team-building activities, homework help, supervising activities, and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with children in schools, childcare programs, camps, recreation programs, or youth organizations preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for youth development.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
• State requirements: 18 years old and either 3 months (455 hours) of verifiable formal work experience with kids over 4 years old or Early Childhood Professional Credential Level 1+.

$20-24/hour, Based on experience and region

Position Overview

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout program hours.
