Job summary

Innovation Learning is hiring a part-time Resilience Coach for the 2026-2027 school year at Platte River Academy in Highlands Ranch, CO. You will engage students after school with enrichment, recreation, homework help, and social-emotional development activities.

Responsibilities include building relationships, promoting resilience, supervising activities, and ensuring safety. A high school diploma and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid are required or preferred.

Qualifications

Now Hiring for the 2026-2027 School Year!

Location: School-Based Program Site- Platte River Academy, Highlands Ranch, CO

Reports To: Head Coach/Site Leadership

Schedule: Part-Time (Before & After School Programs, School Breaks, and Summer Programs)

Monday-Friday: 3PM-5:30PM

We are looking for a candidate who is available to work the full schedule as listed above. We cannot accommodate partial shifts. This position is through the 2026-2027 school year.

Pay: $18-22/hour, Based on experience and region

Position Overview

As a Resilience Coach, you will help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where students can build confidence, develop life skills, and thrive.This is an active, hands-on role that combines mentorship, enrichment, recreation, and academic support. We are looking for positive, energetic team members who enjoy working with school-age children and creating meaningful connections every day.

Key Responsibilities

Student Engagement & Support

State Requirements:

Candidates must be 18 years old and meet one of the following:

• 3 months (455 hours) of verifiable formal work experience with kids over 4 years old
• Early Childhood Professional Credential of a Level 1 or higher

Physical Requirements

• Ability to actively participate in indoor and outdoor activities.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout program hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally.
