Job summary

Bluemercury in West Palm Beach is seeking a Beauty Expert to elevate customer experiences with expert knowledge, personalized service, and strong sales skills. You will build relationships, recommend products across skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances, demonstrate usage, and promote loyalty programs.

This role requires 1–2 years retail experience, flexibility for weekends/evenings, and beauty certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• 1-2 years of direct experience is required.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Beauty certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, personalized relationships with customers.
• Possess extensive knowledge of beauty products across skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances.
• Offer tailored product recommendations based on client needs and skin types; conduct demonstrations.
• Drive sales through promotions and loyalty programs.
• Assist in stock management and maintain an organized store.
• Participate in and lead in-store beauty workshops.
• Collect customer feedback to inform management.
