Job summary

CCRES Educational and Behavioral Health Services seeks a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the Attend School Avoidance Program in partnership with CCIU. The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop function-based PBSPs, and provide parent/caregiver consultation in home and school reentry settings.

This independent contractor (1099) role requires experience with school-age students, FBAs, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with families and school

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – required
• Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing PBSPs – required

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments for students with school avoidance and attendance concerns.
• Develop function-based Positive Behavior Support Plans with data collection and progress monitoring.
• Provide parent/caregiver consultation and training on strategies to improve attendance.
• Collaborate with school teams, psychologists, and educators to implement plans.
• Review data and adjust interventions based on student progress.
