Job summary

CREC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Outreach to develop and monitor behavioral programs for individual students across multiple settings, including school districts, community sites, and telehealth. The role emphasizes evidence-based ABA for students with autism and other developmental disorders, under supervision of the Clinical Team Leader or Director.

The position requires a CT license, a Master’s in ABA or related field, and strong skills in data-driven planning, staff

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Related field.
• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and licensed by the CT Department of Public Health.
• Experience working with students with autism or other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, including Functional Analysis.
• Develop assessment-linked individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Write formal behavioral goals and related progress summaries.
• Develop and monitor data collection systems and analyze data trends.
• Train staff in evidence-based, applied-analytic strategies.
• Monitor fidelity of behavioral programming.
• Provide training to RBTs and ABA trainees.
• Provide crisis prevention and intervention training to staff.
