Job description

Location: Multiple school sites (flexible placement based on your availability)

Compensation: $65+ per hour (flexible based on experience, scope, and responsibilities)

Role Overview

This is a part-time, contract-based position focused on supporting and supervising special education providers, rather than full-time direct service delivery. The BCBA will help ensure programs are structured, compliant, and effective for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support special education instructors and service providers
  • Provide guidance on behavior intervention strategies and best practices
  • Review and help implement behavior plans and accommodations
  • Ensure program quality and alignment with student needs
  • Collaborate with instructors, coordinators, and school staff
  • Offer feedback, coaching, and occasional direct observation
Qualifications
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience supervising or supporting special education staff strongly preferred
