Job summary

Yes ABA Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and implement ABA programs for children with ASD. You will assess progress, train families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent care and data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes hands-on program development, thorough documentation, and active participation in program initiatives to improve outcomes for children and their families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience with children with ASD and neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ABA software and technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized ABA programs for children with ASD and other neurodevelopmental disorders
• Conduct assessments, evaluate progress, and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide consistent and effective treatment
