Qualifications

- Experience supervising and mentoring clinical staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide home-based ABA programs for families.
- Design and implement ethical, tailored treatment plans.
- Supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality service.
- Provide hands-on training in ABA methods to staff and caregivers.
- Partner with families through parent training and ongoing support.
- Manage clinical documentation including insurance authorizations.
