Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, therapists, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure consistent progress. The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience with children with autism spectrum disorders or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
