The position offers a competitive salary of $70 - $80 per hour and benefits including CEU reimbursement and sick pay, with a work schedule from Monday to Thursday, 3 pm to 6 pm.

Qualifications

• Must currently be a BCBA with Massachusetts Licensure-LABA.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder and behavioral disorders required.
• Ability to perform physical restraint with training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and assess behavioral programs and conduct data analysis.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure treatment fidelity.
• Conduct formal assessments and write individualized Behavioral Support programs.
