Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, and supervise RBTs and caregivers.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, oversee program implementation, and support weekly supervision for colleagues seeking BCBA certification, with opportunities for mentorship, leadership access, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; BCBA certification required.
• Active BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Initiate state licensure prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments (preference, functional, staff performance).
• Supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly.
• Engage in additional BCBA activities as needed.
