Job summary

Blue Bird Day in Wheaton, IL is seeking a Therapeutic Assistant/Behavior Technician Flex to support children ages 2-7 with ASD and related needs in a clinic-based setting. You will provide evidence-based, play-focused ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with children or clients with special needs preferred.
• Completion of 40-hour ASD and behavioral topics training before start date.
• Active BACB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy and group therapy support.
• Collect data on programming and progress.
• Implement evidence-based intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate daily with therapists and social workers.
• Document progress and communicate with families to support continuity of care.
