Job summary

A1 Autism Consultants is seeking a Part-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LABA) to join a close-knit team in Massachusetts. You will work with individuals diagnosed with autism, delivering in-home and center-based services with a focus on individualized care and small caseloads.

Requirements include BCBA certification, LABA, a Master’s degree in a related field, and solid ABA experience. Transportation is required for client visits and collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• Comfort with delivering in-home and center-based services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments with clients.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and train RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Develop behavior management protocols and intervention plans for children.
• Provide guidance to families and caregivers on ABA strategies.
• Perform Functional Assessments and Analysis when needed.
• Review data, adjust programs, and monitor progress.
