Job summary

A behavioral healthcare provider in New Jersey is seeking Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their clinical team. A Master's degree and BCBA certification are required, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism.
• Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Create and implement interventions based on client's behavior support plan.
• Provide direct supervision and coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians.
