Qualifications
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License or eligibility required.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism.
Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services.
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
Create and implement interventions based on behavior support plans.
Provide direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavioral Assistants.
Deliver caregiver training and support.
