Qualifications
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License or eligibility for licensure.
Minimum of 2 years working experience with individuals with moderate to severe autism.
Experience in providing in-home/community-based ABA services is necessary.
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and treatment plans.
Provide direct supervision and coaching to RBTs and Behavioral Assistants.
Deliver caregiver training and ensure timely completion of reports.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
