Qualifications
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License or eligible for licensure.
Minimum 2 years experience with individuals with moderate to severe autism.
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs).
Develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
