Qualifications
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism.
Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services is necessary.
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct supervision and coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Deliver caregiver training and support.
