Job summary

A healthcare company providing autism services in East Orange, NJ is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver in-home and community-based services to male clients with autism. The ideal candidate holds an active BCBA certification and has at least 2 years of experience working with this population. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism.
• Experience in providing in-home/community-based ABA services.
• Bilingual applicants are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Create and implement interventions based on the client’s behavior support plan.
• Provide direct supervision and coaching to RBTs and Behavioral Assistants.
