Job summary

Champions ABA - MA is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our in-home ABA services team in Medford, MA. You will develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, ages 2-22, and collaborate with families to promote meaningful progress.

You will conduct assessments, monitor progress with data analysis, and participate in supervision and team meetings to ensure high-quality services. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and a PART_TIME schedule to fit lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related field is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for clients
• Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and data analysis to inform treatment decisions
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support
• Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Participate in clinical supervision and meetings to ensure high-quality services
