Champions ABA - MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy. You will develop and implement individualized behavior plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with parents and professionals to support ASD and related disabilities.

The role involves supervising staff, maintaining detailed client records, and contributing to a collaborative, flexible team. PART TIME hours and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a BCBA through the BACB.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., ABA, Psychology, Special Education).

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to clients in their natural environments.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans with the multidisciplinary team.
