Job summary

Champions ABA - MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team delivering in-home and community-based ABA services in the Boston area. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with individuals with ASD in collaboration with families and healthcare professionals.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as needed to achieve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from BACB.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA services, preferably with individuals with ASD.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Supervise and mentor BCaBAs and RBTs.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents and other healthcare professionals.
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices to enhance service delivery and quality.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
