Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• 2+ years ABA experience.
• Experience in school or home-based settings is a bonus.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management for a group of clients and delivery of ABA services.
• School-based supervision in person, supporting RBTs and educators.
• In-home supervision via telehealth, guiding families remotely.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Grow with the organization by building relationships with schools and communities.
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethics, state laws and policies.
