Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time hourly role in a hybrid setting (remote & in-person). The position offers a flexible schedule with 10–20 billable hours per week and a small caseload to maintain quality care for amazing kids and families.

You’ll supervise RBTs in schools and homes, conduct assessments, design tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification.
• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
• Part-time schedule with 10–20 billable hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of kids and families.
• Supervise RBTs in schools and homes (in-person and telehealth).
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Collaborate with educators and families to track progress.
