Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a licensed BCBA in Illinois to join Project Hope on a part-time basis. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized ABA programs, monitor progress, and supervise RBTs within a multidisciplinary team.

You’ll submit documentation and collaborate to ensure high-quality care while maintaining a flexible schedule, including evenings and optional weekend hours. Telehealth options are available for eligible BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
• Experience working in a clinic setting
• Availability for a minimum of two days availability per week (Evenings Monday through Friday and/or Saturdays)

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision
• Complete and submit required documentation, including, but not limited to Progress Reports in accordance with practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care
• Maintain targeted caseload
