Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. in Carol Stream, IL is seeking a part-time BCBA for our Project Hope program in the evenings. The BCBA will supervise RBTs, develop individualized therapy plans, and ensure high-quality care for children with diverse needs.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, deliver assessments, monitor progress, and complete required documentation. Hybrid/telehealth options are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field.
• Illinois license or license eligible as Behavior Analyst.
• Clinic experience preferred.
• Availability for two days per week evenings or Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision.
• Complete and submit required documentation, including progress reports.
• Collaborate with other professionals to support comprehensive care.
• Maintain targeted caseload.
