Westside Children's Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Illinois for a part-time position. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized ABA programs, and monitor progress while guiding RBTs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.

A master’s degree in a relevant field is required, with licensure or eligibility in Illinois. The role offers flexible scheduling (evenings and some Saturdays) with hybrid/telehealth options to

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois.
• Clinic experience required.
• Minimum two days per week availability (Evenings Mon-Fri and/or Saturdays).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy programs; monitor client progress.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision.
• Complete and submit required documentation, including progress reports per guidelines.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain targeted caseload.
