Job summary

Westside is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Project Hope in Illinois. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling with a minimum 6 clinical hours per week and up to 20 hours. The BCBA will supervise RBTs, deliver high-quality ABA services, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to reach children and families in need.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• BCBA licensure or licensure eligibility in Illinois.
• Clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching, and supervision.
• Complete required documentation including progress reports per guidelines.
• Maintain targeted caseload.
