Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health (EBH) is seeking a part-time BCBA for Woodway, TX to provide clinic-based ABA services and supervise treatment implementation. The role includes assessments, program development, data collection, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.

The position offers flexible scheduling, no evenings or weekends, and opportunities for professional growth. Texas licensure and BCBA certification are required, with state-specific compliance expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board-certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• Must obtain and maintain current BCBA licensure in Texas.
• Experience with ABA services for children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients and families.
• Supervise implementation of treatment to ensure proper protocol delivery.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires.
• Develop individualized behavior acquisition programs for patients.
• Conduct functional assessments and write behavior intervention plans.
• Develop and update treatment plans in line with best practices and insurance guidelines.
• Implement and supervise data collection systems.
• Provide behavioral support in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Evaluate progress and oversee discharge planning.
• Train parents/caregivers monthly and in group settings as needed.
• Attend departmental and staff meetings.
• Maintain BCBA certification through continuing education.
