Job summary

Brite ABA in Setterfield, Texas is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and ABA services for an initial, manageable caseload.

This W-2 role offers hybrid/telehealth options, supportive leadership, flexible scheduling, and a focus on ethical, family-centered care while expanding services in Texas.

You will collaborate with families and clinical teams, complete documentation to payer standards, and grow with the organization as services expand.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Texas.
• Experience with insurance-funded ABA services preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership.

Responsibilities
