Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our part-time, in-home and community-based program in Flemington, NJ. The role offers flexible hourly scheduling and opportunities to work with children in home, school, and community settings.

You will develop and supervise individualized ABA plans, train and support RBTs/BTs, and collaborate with families and educators to promote skill generalization and meaningful outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Comfortable providing supervision & mentorship to RBTs and BTs.
• Collaborative, compassionate, and committed to quality care.
• Strong understanding of ethical and evidence-based ABA practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a center-based clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to develop treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven modifications to treatment programs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other providers to support skill generalization.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure treatment is delivered with fidelity.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
