Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Lyndhurst, NJ is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home, school, and community ABA services. You will design and oversee individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and use data to guide goals.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• NJ LBA licensure by the state.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, & oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results & client needs.
• Conduct assessments & use data to develop treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, training, & feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress & make data-driven modifications to treatment programs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, & other providers to support skill generalization.
• Provide parent/caregiver training & support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation & ensure treatment is delivered with fidelity.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, & ongoing professional development.
• Promote ethical, compassionate, & high-quality ABA services.
• Support a positive clinical culture focused on client outcomes & team development.
