Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring a part-time, salaried BCBA for an afterschool 3–7 p.m. schedule. The role emphasizes stability with limited weekly hours while delivering quality clinical care to children with autism.

You will supervise interventions, collaborate with families, and support a growing team of Behavior Technicians. Onsite work is required several days weekly with a focus on meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA with current certification.
• Provide targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Collaborate with families and care team to plan treatment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise individualized interventions.
• Celebrate client milestones and progress.
• Partner with families through assessment results and recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by communicating with care team.
• Share expertise through supervision, training and orientation of technicians.
• Provide hands-on clinical support during sessions.
