Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home-based sessions under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavioral plans 1-1, collect data, and help train families to apply strategies. Schedule is Monday–Friday 3pm–7pm, with some weekend hours.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with children and parents.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided.
• Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Fixed schedule Monday-Friday 3pm-7pm, some including weekends.
