Job summary

We Strive ABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, perform assessments, and design individualized treatment plans to support meaningful client progress.

This position offers flexibility and autonomy over your caseload, with the option to create a schedule around clients and families. Hybrid work may be available including in-person and telehealth sessions as clinically appropriate.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Experience providing 1:1 ABA therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans based on data.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and care teams.
• Schedule telehealth sessions when appropriate.
