Job summary

A New Jersey-based support provider is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral oversight and consultation for clients with behavioral acuity needs. This part-time, contract role offers flexible hours (5–10 hours per month) and involves overseeing Behavior Support Plans and ensuring compliance with NJ DDD standards. Candidates must have an active BCBA certification and preferably experience with developmental disabilities. A competitive compensation rate is offered for this critical role.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA Certification.
• Preferred experience with developmental disabilities and community-based supports.
• Familiar with NJ DDD Behavioral Services standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Support staff implementing Positive Behavior Supports.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis prevention and behavioral consultation.
• Ensure compliance with NJ DDD Waiver requirements.
