Job summary

AFRICAN CAREGIVERS LLC, based in Williamstown, New Jersey, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time contract role. This position involves providing behavioral oversight and consultation for individuals with behavioral needs. The responsibilities include clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans, supporting staff, and ensuring compliance with NJ DDD Waiver requirements. Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• Experience with developmental disabilities and community-based supports preferred.
• Ability to provide documentation of credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Support staff implementing Positive Behavior Supports.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis prevention and behavioral consultation.
• Ensure compliance with NJ DDD Waiver requirements.
