Job summary
AFRICAN CAREGIVERS LLC in Manville, NJ, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time contract role providing behavioral oversight and consultation for individuals with behavioral acuity needs. Qualifications
- Must have an active BCBA Certification.
- Experience with developmental disabilities and community supports preferred.
- Ability to provide documentation of credentials.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
- Support staff implementing Positive Behavior Supports.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.
- Provide crisis prevention and behavioral consultation.
- Ensure compliance with NJ DDD Waiver requirements.
Skills
Experience with developmental disabilities and community-based supports
Familiarity with NJ DDD Behavioral Services standards
