Job summary
AFRICAN CAREGIVERS LLC in Manville, NJ, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time contract role providing behavioral oversight and consultation for individuals with behavioral acuity needs. Responsibilities include clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans, supporting staff, and ensuring compliance with NJ DDD requirements. The ideal candidate will have active BCBA certification and experience with developmental disabilities. Competitive hourly or monthly compensation and a flexible schedule are offered.
Qualifications
Must have an active BCBA Certification.
Experience with developmental disabilities and community supports preferred.
Ability to provide documentation of credentials.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
Support staff implementing Positive Behavior Supports.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.
Provide crisis prevention and behavioral consultation.
Ensure compliance with NJ DDD Waiver requirements.
Skills
Experience with developmental disabilities and community-based supports
Familiarity with NJ DDD Behavioral Services standards
