Job summary

AFRICAN CAREGIVERS LLC, an approved DDD provider in New Jersey, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time contract role (5-10 hours per month). Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Experience with developmental disabilities and community-based supports preferred.
• Familiarity with NJ DDD Behavioral Services standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Support staff implementing Positive Behavior Supports.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis prevention and behavioral consultation.
• Ensure compliance with NJ DDD Waiver requirements.
