Job summary

AFRICAN CAREGIVERS LLC, based in Lambertville, NJ, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time contract role focused on providing behavioral oversight and consultation for individuals with behavioral acuity needs. Responsibilities include clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and ensuring compliance with NJ DDD Waiver requirements. Candidates must have an active BCBA Certification and experience with developmental disabilities is preferred. Flexible scheduling and competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• Experience with developmental disabilities and community-based supports is preferred.
• Familiarity with NJ DDD Behavioral Services standards is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
• Support staff implementing Positive Behavior Supports
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis prevention and behavioral consultation
• Ensure compliance with NJ DDD Waiver requirements (Section 17.2)
