Job summary

AFRICAN CAREGIVERS LLC, located in Trenton, NJ, is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time contract role, approximately 5-10 hours per month. The successful candidate will provide clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans, support staff in implementing Positive Behavior Supports, and ensure compliance with NJ DDD requirements. Preferred experience includes working with developmental disabilities. This position offers a competitive consulting rate and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• Experience with developmental disabilities and community-based supports is preferred.
• Familiarity with NJ DDD Behavioral Services standards is important.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Support staff implementing Positive Behavior Supports.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis prevention and behavioral consultation.
• Ensure compliance with NJ DDD Waiver requirements.
