Job summary

HOKALI is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator (Part-Time) to oversee inventory, distribution, and site supply operations across the SF Bay Area. You will manage gear, uniforms, and educational materials from receipt to delivery to partner sites, with flexible weekly hours.

You will track inventory, assemble kits, coordinate carrier shipments, and visit sites in Oakland and San Jose as needed. A reliable vehicle and strong organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or field logistics preferred.
• Reliable, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must have valid driver's license and a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label inventory and uniforms at central storage.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records of items.
• Assemble, pack, and prepare kits and site materials.
• Coordinate shipments via carriers or deliver to partner sites.
• Oversee operations across SF Bay Area and monthly San Jose visits.
• Communicate with operations via Slack and track hours.
