Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Front desk operations and welcoming students.
• Provide general information and schedule appointments.

• Cross-trained in basic needs navigation, emergency funding, financial wellness, FAFSA assistance, and outreach.
• Support No Wrong Door approach by ensuring appropriate referrals.
