Job summary

Troon's La Paloma in Tucson seeks a friendly Snack Bar and Beverage Cart Attendant (full-time and part-time). You will mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, operate the mobile cart, and provide top-notch service to golf members and guests in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Applicants should have bartending or food service experience, knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails, and excellent communication. Flexible hours, patient demeanor, and a neat appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old required to serve alcohol.
• Bartending/food service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and operate outdoors on cart.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages at snack bar and mobile cart.
• Operate the mobile beverage cart for on-course service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of snack bar and cart.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and alcohol-service guidelines.
• Engage with members and guests professionally.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages.
• Assist with events and club functions as needed.
