Qualifications

• Customer service skills to engage guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Proficiency with POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bartending training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain, count, and secure the bartender’s cash bank and balance drawer at shift end.
• Request liquor, mixers, and supplies and manage liquor inventory.
• Set up and break down the bar and ensure stock of glassware and garnishes.
• Greet guests warmly, upsell house drinks, and prepare cocktails per recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation and follow safety procedures.
