Geronimo Hospitality Group seeks a bartender for a part-time role in Indianapolis. You will guide guests in beer and wine selections, handle payments, and maintain a clean, efficient bar in a fast-paced setting. Prior bartending experience and knowledge of wine/beer are valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic math skills (able to add, subtract and count change back to customer).
• Legible handwriting.
• Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
• Valid Operator's License.

Responsibilities

• Take customers’ drink orders.
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each guest in a timely manner.
• Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards.
• Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed.
• Process payments from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company.
• Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests.
