Hyatt Indy, located downtown, seeks an experienced Bartender to craft cocktails and deliver exceptional guest service in a busy food & beverage environment.
You will greet guests, take orders, maintain cleanliness, handle cash and POS transactions, and support bar operations during shifts while upholding safety and responsible service policies.

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional guest service. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bartending certification preferred (where applicable).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of bartending or high-volume restaurant/bar experience preferred.
Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and POS systems required.
Skills & Knowledge: Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation. Understanding of responsible alcohol service and state/local regulations. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods. Strong cash-handling and basic math skills. Attention to detail, accuracy, and cleanliness.
