Job summary

Boston Beer Corporation is hiring part-time Bartenders for the Samuel Adams Boston Brewery in Jamaica Plain, MA. You will provide interactive guest experiences, inform customers about the brand, and assist with sales while maintaining a lively, welcoming bar environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bartender experience with licensing if required by state law.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain culture and positive vibe of the brand experiences while serving products.
• Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first attitude.
• Use good judgment, communication, and customer service when interacting with guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, focused, and productive environment daily as a lead brand ambassador.
• Convey knowledge about the brand and educate customers.
• Conduct cash handling and sales through POS inventory system.
